      Can the bumpers under the shroud P/N 303958 be taken out without breaking the tabs off? Thanks for any help

        You can get new ones, I just picked up a pair of used ones at Constantine, but yes they can be removed without breakage as they are rubber.push a pin, wooden dowel rod in both holes, inside and out then have a helper pull then out

          Marine Engine has them for like 5 bucks new.
