’57 OMC Dash Plate

Looking for a dash plate for twin engines, and imagine that they’d be as rare as hen’s teeth?
I recall seeing a picture of one at some point, which seemed like a regular plaque except it had the start & choke buttons above one another on each side of the medallion.
Does anyone have a picture of one, I may have to modify a single engine plaque.
Any leads greatly appreciated.

There was one on eBay fairly recently, but it was for a ’58 since it had turn-to-start, not push-to-start

As a reference, I’ve been looking for a single-engine ’57 dash for 4-6 months and haven’t had any results anywhere than from members.
