      Here is an image from iboats:

      If you have an ohm meter, put it across the two small terminals (at the bottom of the screen), you should get a few ohms.

      You can also see if the mounting "ears" are connected to any of the terminals…

        Got it wired and working! Put a new float in the carb. Now I just have to get it to fire up. The flywheel on this thing is really on there though..
