      to much money for a problem child …. I never paid much more than 70$ CDN for several 9.5’S one was free my best one was $50 CDN

      if you really want it offer max $%0 tell him you are assuming all the risk of purchasing an anchor…:-) if >$50 walk away

        Yes, $200 seems pretty steep for sure…. I’m sure the seller is just trying to get as much as he can, which is understandable. I’m sure he will negotiate, just be gentle with your criticisms while pointing out the possible extent of the work needed…
        I can’t remember if anyone mentioned that it might just be a spun prop hub also, but this thing is still a gamble and should be priced that way… Try asking him the direct questions I proposed to help home in on the problem…
