      Working on a motor that was given to me. Float was sticking, that was easy fix. Question is where is the
      impeller located? looking at it I am not sure where it is?

      how is it motors multiply when the garage lights get
      turned off?

        In the "Usual" location, right above the lower unit gearcase, driven by the drive shaft.

          Thanks was not sure if it was there or behind the prop

            The drive shaft and impeller do not rotate when in neutral if I remember correctly.
