Be careful, those tanks can have up to 5 pounds of air pressure to supply the gas mixture to motor.
The motor supplies air pressure to the tank. In other words a pressureized bomb if the screws on the bottom leak or blow out and static or spark from motor occurs.
There was a boater at a meet with a very large screw and gasket on botom of gas tank, a substantial leak and boat full of fumes. He was very fortunate, had bought it earlier at meet.
