I would toss that impeller. If those veins don’t straighten out, by the time you grab your camera, it’s shot. Impellers are cheap anyhow. One thing you want to be sure of, is that the wear plate has a good seal, to the gearcase, or you will pull air and less water. I have actually seen how critical this is, as of recently. Apply a light coat of sealer under the wear plate before you install the impeller. It won’t hurt to put a light coat, between the wear plate and impeller housing, either. That will ensure a more positive flow of water (only) to go through your cooling system. I have seen the water tube socket (up inside the exhaust housing) clog up with corrosion too, so make sure that is clear. I keep an old flex housing from a lawn mower throttle cable around, just to rod out the water tube all the way to the powerhead. A clean water passage will allow this flex housing to reach all the way to the powerhead, if the passage is clear.
