Have you tried any of the CBD or Lidocaine creams? I have discomfort in my arms & hands from time to time ( spinal stenosis)

I have had luck with these. Might be worth a try.

        Respectfully,

        Brook

I need to try these as well.  Hands “lock up” during repetive twisting/ratchet/screwdriver motion.

I cant use the cbd because i work for the city and they do random drug tests. I might try lidocaine. My doctor told me theres not much i can do and he prescribed the generic of voltaren. I guess I’m stubborn and i havent tried it yet but I’ll have to start. Does it really help?

I talked with a woman years ago and she said WD-40 worked well for her hands.
