      I have recently aquired a Bendix SMD and have been going through it. After removing the carb for cleaning, I noticed that the “filler block” that fits between the carb and the rotary valve is missing. I’m wondering if these bocks were used on the SMD’s, there’s one on my SM flip top. Any thoughts? Is it missing or was it never used on this model.
