Boat trailer electric winch question

Please excuse if I’m a little off topic… I just found a “like new” 12 volt electric boat trailer winch. , Master Craft model H0225. I have everything except the instruction manual and power cord. Question… how much power ( amps) does this draw at load and where does one wire it into the vehicle circuit? I suspect too much draw for cigar lighter plug.
