I had my trailer powder coated, not painted. Sofar so good, but not sure what happens if it needs repair/touch up down the road, as powder coat does not come off easily.

My trailer had no stamped or riveted ID, and since I bought it without a title, I eventually had to register it as a home made. As I recall the True Gator ID #’s (if present) were often on the inside of the frame.

      Good Luck

I don’t know what’s up with photobucket and the inverted images lately.

The windshield came from a ‘donor’ boat I purchased. It was a waterlogged 60’s something "Fabuglass". I saved the windshield, the trailer you see, and a Mercury 700 FGS. I ‘chopped’ the windshield height down about 5" to scale it to my boat. Boat rolled off the trailer into a dumpster!
