      Raised an outboard rack this pm to accommodate this Seagull, and noticed the port-to-starboard swivel is very stiff. Looked but see no nut/bolt to tighten or loosen. Where is the tension adjustment on these? Is there a lock-down for the motor, like the Mercs and OMC’s I am used to? Thanks in advance.

        There is no swivel tension adjuster as such. If you remove the fitting that holds the driveshaft tube to the mounting bracket, you should be able to clean and lubricate and that should help.
