      Hi Guys,
Do any of you replace the cam follower roller when you do your rebuilds? They seem to get pretty chewed up. If so, do you use the OEM part or do you improvise with something else?

So far I have had enough good spares but I assume at some point Ill have to come up with a replacement. Filling the gouges and then running black electrical tape around it should work? Thankfully there is usually enough adjustment in the cam to adjust.

I’ve replaced a lot of them back in "the day". Today? How about shrink tubing?

If they are deeply grooved, I make new ones out of Acetal plastic. They are working good so far.
