Can anyone identify these parts?

I don’t own anything other than johnsons/evinrudes/mercurys but I can’t recall when I got these parts and they don’t look familiar to me. I don’t know mercurys very well so I’m thinking it’s possible they may be from a greentop carb. Can anyone id them?

1 high speed jet
2 screw for top of the butterfly shaft
3 butterfly shaft.
looks to be for AJ carbs.mercury
