The Vishay .22 uF caps I use are rated at 850 VDC and 400 VAC. The hard to find slightly smaller ones with the same uF rating come in at 630 VDC and 300 VAC.
The imprtant factor in getting a capacitor is it needs a high dV/tV ( delta voltage/delta time ) rating.
It needs to have a quick charge and descharge rating.
AC line suppression capacitors work great for this type application.
I get mine through Mouser electronics. They are made by Illinois Capacitor.
The Vishay’s Tubs uses are probably rated the same.
