      I think the only difference between the 439074 and 439075 kits is the size of the sock filter in them. One is long and one is short.

          The sock filter, # 47, is in the fuel pump, inside the sediment bowl.

            This is the long "sock" filter used on the 40 and 75 horse models. . . 😀
