      I just purchased a 1979 Chrysler 150 Sailor Long Shaft 7.5hp engine. The model number is 72H9B. The serial number is: 3405.

      I see many service manuals online for sale for the 7.5 hp, but I am not sure which exact edition to get.

      How do I get the correct manual for my model number?

        Never mind. I figured it out. I looked on again and realized that I was misreading the service manual’s description that was for sale. I picked up an original for $11.88 w/free shipping online.

        FWIW to other searchers: I was looking for a Chrysler service manual by year specific to my model/serial number. Chrysler does not do this for the 7.5 hp. They have a 180 Sailor version and a 150 Sailor version–that’s it.
