      I am looking for a Scintilla Coil (replacement) for a post war Champion 1J. Is there any ideas out there that I can work with.

        A "Boathouse Repair" is one that done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.

          Thanks Tubs very cool. Is the high voltage output,
          a tab, like the scintillas?

            Maybe a better question. It looks like the high voltage wire attaches to the round knob on the coil. How do you attach the wire to that knob?

              You just soldier the plug wire to
              the “round knob” on the coil.

              A "Boathouse Repair" is one that done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
