Compression required on 1940 Johnson HA, HS .to run

Hi All

Could someone please give me an idea of compression requirements and any other suggestions to get the above motors running.

Currently the best is 35lbs on both cylinders on both motors.

you need no less than 60 psi or greater

As Al says, 60 minimum, but 70 to 75 to be a great idler.
