My friend rebuilt this carburetor and we need to know what the correct needle setting is for the needle circled in red on top of the carb.. anyone know?  Like bottom then 3/4 turn out or something like that?

I believe it is the pre mercury white motor .. Force 120 which would make it like a 1985 or something like that 1983?

Should be 1 1/2 turns out from lightly seated. Per the book, allow engine to warm. Go to lowest reliable rpm. Turn each carb 1/8 of a turn in at a time, till engine pops, then back each one out 3/16. Then make sure it will accelerate afterwards.
