I’m still wondering why this thing has an ID tag from an older CD15!
Either stolen at some point, or replaced a broken transom clamp and never swapped the original tag back to the replacement clamp? -Ben

probably stolen…..years ago. motors are not titled up in Québec SO WE WILL NEVER KNOW WHO WHAT WHERE WHEN ABOUT IT .
I doubt a CD transom part would have fit on a 67-68 Sportwin

9.5 and CD stern brackets are not interchangeable. So somebody made a deliberate effort to swap serial number tags. As if we wouldn’t notice!
Ya, I wondered about that since I thought those brackets were quite a lot different. Someone tried to cover up a theft along the line somewhere. -Ben
