I finally stripped the old faded vinyl decal from my VR45 tank and applied the water slide decal. It was a learning experience but came out well.
I have in the past used engine block clear coat to protect water slide decals successfully but was wondering what other methods others have used.
I have read about automotive urethane and even varnish.
The coating needs to be fuel tolerable.

Nice! Maybe you can hire out to install decals!

        Prepare to be boarded!

          That’s what I was thinking.
I got a big one like that that’s been
sitting in a drawer for almost a year.
How about I send it over to your house?

A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
