      should be good for capacitance reading…. I know it is not a "under load" measure but at least you can get an estimate

      should be good as DVA meter as it reads TRUE RMS

      Good DC current capacity …and all the rest it does

      anyway for 29$ CDN …I satisfied my urge

        According to the comments, it can’t measure capacitor over 100uf, frequency to 400khz and temp up to 1000 F (500 Celsius) with a probe not included.
        Too low for aluminium casting … 🙂

        There’s even a back-light !
        Nice for the price.
        I may buy one, the meter I have now is very basic.

          I use one of these to check capacitors. I’ve had it since building the kit in the early 1960s. In addition to measuring capacitance, it also checks for excess leakage.

            heatkits…. brings back memories….from my Telco days
            like Western Electric KS meters ….tuff dogs….. need 30V batteries… hard to find so I stuck 3x9volt batteries in series inside the case
