The lower unit for my 40HP is bone dry and fairly rusty inside. I’m looking for new bearings but I am 100% against paying retail outboard prices for them.
After doing some searching, I’ve found one of the bearings, but not the rest
#17, 375761 Roller Bearing is a Timken 12580
$72 on Marine Engine (and similar price elsewhere) https://www.marineengine.com/newparts/part_search.php?part_num=375761
A more realistic price of $16 for the bearing can be found on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Timken-12580-Bearing/dp/B000BZAAW2Does anyone have the rest of the bearing part numbers?

The only one that had any number was 307545, and the actual number was worn off. It had “Norma” and “ade in US” on it.
The remaining 3 (I think) are too small to have numbers on them

Awesome. One more down. Thanks
May 11, 2020 at 2:27 pm #202792So, I’m definitely in need of 376858. I’ve been able to find the rest.
Does anyone have one?
Also, does anyone know the water pump and seal kit numbers for this?
