Does anybody know why I cannot download a picture even when is it below the 2.4MB requirement?

see list File types allowed for upload: .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, .gif, .png, .bmp, .mp4, .m4v, .pdf, .docx, .xlsx, .xlsm, .xlsb.
