Trying to buy a ’46 Speedi four. Bonus is it has electric start, with wiring and all.

Seller is tough one to crack! Ill pay for a bit of sentiment, but not all of it 😉

How rare is the electric start on the Speedi Four? I don’t see them myself, but wondering what the masses think.
