replace water pump with a new impeller, coils with OMC, started up in water, probably first time in twenty years, would not pump water, pulled apart and rubber sheared off brass sleeve on impeller, did I do something wrong I don’t know about, old impeller was rotted away. lot of oil around impeller, probably seal problem, didn’t look bad , no play in shaft.
