Happy New Year All!
I am trying to help a member with the restoration of the above and am having difficulty removing the exhaust tube from the cylinder block and the lower aluminium
casting, which attaches to the gear box.
Any advice of how to remove and a parts diagram of those parts would be most appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

January 14, 2024 at 9:52 am #283961I find no parts manual in my files for your motor.
Assuming you removed any screws, cotter keys, etc.
that are normal found in these old motors, the exhaust
tube is probably somewhat pressed into the housings,
but more likely stuck from old carbon, etc.,
Heat, wood block, and hammer may suffice?
I have a couple of photos of my Johnson 100…… not
sure how similar that is to the 110.
I can’t really tell much from the photos though.Prepare to be boarded!

I don’t have any factory lit. and I’ve never had or worked on one.
All I can off comes from my picture files. There seem to be a
flange that attaches the exhaust pipe to the cylinders and it looks
to slip in to the casting attached to the gear case. If this is not
what your seeing on the motor your working on I suspect some
modifications have been made. Wish I had more to offer.

A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.

The photos are excellent, but unfortunately your parts listing shot Stanley,
is very difficult to see………would you please be able to send it again at a higher resolution ?
Thanks again

I couldn’t find anything Mumbles, but thanks for the suggestion……I’ve noted that site for future reference.
That higher resolution parts list shot has come out well Stanley.
