Here is what I have for 12hp Elto Speedster years and models (my comments in parens based on US models):
1950 C2E8 — C for Canada, E for Elto (Direct Drive, Wedge Head)
1951/53 12D10E — E for Elto (FNR, Wedge Head, Tank on top)
