      Just picked up an ELTO and I need help figuring out what year it is. The tag says ELTO Light twin, motor number is C 21569. Thanks

              Thank you very much for the help. I’m new to this antique OB thing and I can use all the help I can get. This motor appears to be complete, but is in rough shape, seized and rusty, but I think it’s still salvageable. If I can’t get it running, it will make a great display piece.
