I do not believe I have seen an Elto Lightweight before.                                                                                                                                                        https://milwaukee.craigslist.org/bpo/d/mequon-outboard-motors/7906464552.html

A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.

The one in the ad is the 1929 version. It looks like it is pretty much 100% complete, and the surviving decals are really quite readable. They are great little running motors but its almost a certainty that it will need the timer bushing replaced before entertaining any thought of making it run. By itself it is probably worth between 100-200 bucks as long as it isn’t seized. I’m not at all enamoured with the other two motors in the ad, but plenty of other people do. Elto def the pick of the litter there, but jet drive fans might disagree, which is fine too.

He's livin' in his own private Idaho..... I hope to go out quietly in my sleep, like my grand-dad did..... and not screaming, like the passengers in his car...
