      Is there a particular modern spark plug number that works well in a Elto  model D Rudder Twin?

        The Champion d-16 spark plug is used by
        many and is probably the easiest to locate
        although there are other manufactures.
        I favor the AC C87 myself.

        A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
