Evinrude Model 4433 Carb Float

The carb float on the left is the one that I just pulled out. The one on the right was in a baggie attached to the steering lever. Which one looks correct or does it not matter? The one on the left looks homemade after some guy finished his jug of shine.

OK yoop,, you got me on that one. But just guessing, the shorter one on the right looks more like the one in the carb picture.

Well, I sealed them both with my wife’s expensive clear nail polish so I will give them a try. Any guidance on the carb setting for start up?
