      I am looking for a source for parts for a 1955 Evinrude model 15014 Need head gasket and lower unit pinion gear.

          Try an authorized Evinrude dealer. Many will order it for you…..support your local business when you can.

            The head gasket is P/N 203247. The pinion gear is part of a set P/N 375844.

              I have a complete gear set from the slightly later model. The case is shot, but the gears are good.

                Thanks for all the info. Found a gear set locally this morning. Will try ordering head gasket
