Hi! I am trying to do some research for my husband. He is wanting to sell his old Evinrude motor. From the limited research I have done I believe it’s from 1939

The plate says 1935 Canadian Patents
      Serial Number is:
      4334-00007

I will be listing this on eBay. I don’t know how to price it and would like to put a fair value on it. A friend told us the serial number may mean something as it’s a low serial number? I haven’t found anything to suggest that it would. Would this be better to place at auction? We are in need of the money, so I’d only like to place it up for auction if the value would differ greatly. I know condition will determine the value as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

A "Boathouse Repair" is one that done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
