      Does anyone have the part number for a base gasket for this 20 hp? Marine engine says it’s discontinued. It has to have a replacement somewhere. Thanks in advance. Bryan

        I think the part number is 314421 (sierra 18-2877) but can’t swear to it.  Confusion arose because of the baffle plate.

          That’s the one I bought but wasn’t sure because marine engine had an odd number. And it wouldn’t pull up. This doesn’t have a baffle in it. And let me tell you how cheap this gasket was. It was so paper thin as soon as I pulled it from its cardboard sleeve it folded in half and broke. Almost as thin as a piece of paper. So disappointed. I ended up maki g one myself.

            OK, wondering why the gasket for this engine is any different that the gaskets for the majority of the 22CI engines…
