      Can’t be many of these Gale built Fedway Sabers

          There are lots of the Gale 5D10 motors out there under other names, mostly Sea Kings. But I’d have to say the Saber version is kind of scarce.

            Yeah, I have tons of 5hp Gale built motors. Never seen a Saber version myself.

              I am pretty sure that they were made in 1953 only. I managed to find a nice original that had made its way to Northern Ontario somehow.
              Were Fedway stores in the chicago area?

                That’s right, the Fedway Saber was only made in 1953. However, there also was an AMC Sabre 1955 & 56 only. I don’t think I’ve ever seen one of those either. Notice the different spelling.
