I’m hopeful for an answer . I have spark and a wanting to go on a Neptune opposed 4 hp. The coil retro fit with a Tehcumseh coil seems good but now all the screws and fittings are leaking as there is a mish mash of old fibre, rubber, and gasket paper make do’s. So my question is where do I get the proper washers or even the material to make them?….Brian

I know nothing about the Neptune, but http://www.mcmaster.com is a good source of stuff like that.

I use these that I get from EBay. Good assortment of sizes, and great quality. Much thicker than the washers you get in the 100 piece kits.
Not exact fit, but in most cases good enough.

Thanks for your help. Now if I can just leave well enough alone until I receive my washers. Thanks again, Brian
