I have a photocopied parts list for the johnson jw-10 on the Magneto group page it shows a flywheel cover plate that covers the inspection area. This plate is # 41. There is no part number for this number on that page. Can someone please check their parts list to tell me the part number?

In addition, if someone who owns a jw-10 tell me if you have the plate on your flywheel?

Mine is missing and I assume it has importance to keep debris out of the ignition system.

      Thank you for your support.

I don’t have the actual JW-10 parts list, but I believe that plate is used on lots of motors. Part number 303249 on an Evinrude Lightwin.

If you don’t have one, just cut one. Nothing special to it at all.

Thank you for the two options you gave me. They are both do able.
