Look under the tank, on the crank case, there will be a spot that has a model # and a serial number. From that we will be better equipped to answer detailed quastions.
What you have is a 1929-1931 outboard motors Corp folding motor. It was a lockwood design. It sold under different names.
Elto. Evinrude, lockwood and Sea King.
Foldlight branded as Elto. Evinrude, Lockwood and Sea King
as stated by Boggs74. Some vexations in tiller on the early
models. Sold from 1930 to 1934. Later coils can be subsisted
if original is bad. Other parts would come from other motors.
They’re not uncommon so with time you should be able to get
what you need. Has a pressure vacuum cooling system.
Vacuum is created through holes in the prop. Can’t be any
leaks In the system or it won’t work.
A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
