This weekend in Tavares (40 miles North of Orlando) there is a National meet of ACBS boats. As I understand it this meet is the second largest of its kind in the USA. There will be several million dollars worth of stunningly gorgeous antique and vintage Inboard and outboard powered craft from all over the country present. The Sunnyland chapter is host to this meet and it is a definite do not miss event. Miss America 9 is in the water and running, Gar Woods, Chris-Crafts, Jersey Speed Skiffs all over the place. Hundreds of single, double, and triple cocpit boats both on land and in the water.

March 17, 2016 at 10:27 pm #33587Not sure but I think the largest is in New York State. Am sure someone will correct this if needed.
March 17, 2016 at 11:11 pm #33592I will be there Saturday – probably with an umbrella.

I have yet to go to the race boat riggatta but I heard they had a switzer wing there.
