I don’t think I have ever seen the typical 6 gallon OMC single line tank with a Gale decal set on it. Did Gale not supply their motors with a correct "Gale" tank?

What did the fuel-pump equipped Gale motors come with as a gas tank?

I don’t have any Gale tanks but I do have the tops. They look very similar to the Johnnyrude pressure tank tops.

          Chuck,
I have a 6 gallon Gale Bo’Sun single line tank. I plan.to use it with my 62 Sea King 15 once I can figure out how to make it happy. I posted a pic of it on this site but I don’t have it on my phone anymore. I’ll find it or take another pic and post it here.

I just saw a 6 gal Seaking single line tank on CL ,with a SeaKing Decal. Looked just like an OMC tank.

                  Jim,
I have seen Sea King tanks too. One hasn’t found me yet, though.

The tank awaits you in Poulsbo,Wa .A quaint seaside town settled by Scandinavian immigrants,my Swedish great grandfather was one of them that arrived there in 1865. I’d get it for ya,but it’s kinda seen better days. Another $40 shipping bill 😀

Thanks Jim. You’re right, it’s kinda seen its better days. I’ll keep looking or be happy with my Bo’sun tank. That one’s not worth $60 to me. 🙂
