      What is the size of copper tubing for gasoline lines on a TD-20 ? Where can I buy the parts ??

        I would think any Auto parts store, would have copper line of the proper size… You will probably need the correct compression fittings as well.
        I like to feel rich when I look at the 3 rolls of copper tubing I keep stashed to make new lines…LOL

          The size??? likely 3/16 " , may be a little harder to find that the more common 1/4 "

            Actually, they are available in stock from Marineengine.com for $7.50. Part # 375269

              3/16 inch. This will not be found at Lowes or Home Depot. They sell plumbing tubing. O’Reiley auto parts has 3/16 " tubing for a $1 per foot. I think this tubing is used for hydraulic brakes on cars.

                Hmm, not sure they would use copper tubing on brake lines…..???

                  Nope, copper work-hardens and breaks. Not a good situation in brake lines.

                    The brake line that TD20 is talking about isn’t copper. It’s the same thing that is already used an automobile brake lines.I seem to recall it’s name as ”Bundy Flex” the same company that built Bundy outboards, still in business today. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bundy_tube
