      I have been watching the mail box for my issue of the latest Outboarder. Not here yet. Hae they all been mailed? R.T.

          It may have to circle the country 2 or more times before you get it. The last couple packages I have been expecting have made the trip cross country 3 times passing through my city at least twice. Gotta love that modern technology.
