A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.

seems you already paid for your copy with your membershio so if the UPS did not deliver it you should be sent another copy. free of charge no ?

Well it use to be printed in the magazine that if you don’t receive your copy, contact membership services and they will send you another. However I just checked in a resent issue and I couldn’t find it, so maybe now you do have to buy a replacement.
