You could try re-naming the file before uploading it.
The system may not like that “underline” in the long file name.

I’m just winging it, but I’d try renaming it to a single word
with no spaces. Hopefully whoever is in charge of maintaining
this site will intervein.

I don’t know how much help this is, but I tried and it worked for me.

A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.

Sometimes if you have two files that are named the same but with some differences in capitilization they will not upload properly if you renamed it for some reason, but that is only something I experienced with a newer windows program that I do not use for my account, and it looks like you have something different as far as computer programs goes. could it have something to do with this not allowing it to open on certain programs?

I was able to post a photo, but my fwiend Ben Breitner was NOT able to so A call was made…awaiting an update

I am able to because I am an admin, no clue why y’all are not able to..
