      I purchased a vintage outboard from my neighbor. He said it was an evinrude. But I think it might be a 1948 johnson. Any help is appreciated

          US MEMBER PAY BY CHECK

          Scott-Atwater. Or store brand made by Scott-Atwater. 3.6 hp. They made them for 100 years. (well not quite that long)

                I have a couple of these motors but they are branded as Wizards. Not sure who sold them.

                  Wizard was sold by Western Auto Stores.
