      it is a hot mess… it’s all wallowed out and has no friction fit.

        There are members here who manufacture the wobbler style impellers.  Here’s the contact info for one of them:

        But note;  the wobbler does not have to bond with the cam as Buccaneer has already stated.  The one you have might work fine.  If you can get the motor re-assembled and started you might be surprised.  You can run it for a few seconds to determine if it is pumping.  Or you can rig a drill to spin the driveshaft and observe the flow.
