      No idea. Does it look air cooled?

        This motor has definitely seen better days but I’d say it’s water cooled as what looks to be a water outlet is at the rear of the cylinder. The fitting at the front with the broken tube would be the inlet. Also, an air cooled motor would have lots of cooling fins on it.
