This was on my 1940 mercury built sea king nut is not yhe correct prop for thst motor. Any idea what motor(s) it may fit? The diameter of the prop shaft it was on is about 1/2 inch. Looks to be 7 inches in diameter overall.

      Thanks for any help!

My guess would be the Elto Ace.

Looks very similar to the prop on an OMC made 41 Sea King 1.8hp Light Single I just worked on.
I’ll measure my prop in the morning.

Does it have any markings on it?

I checked the prop on my 41 sea king 1.8hp and it appears to be the same dimensions as yours.

Likely the same prop for both motors as the 1938
                  – 41 Ace was also 1.8 hp. Possibly others?
